The Client
GHB & Co is a growing law firm handling a wide range of client cases and internal office operations. Before working with Innovex Solution, nearly everything — case tracking, client records, office administration, and finances — was managed manually, with no centralized system to rely on.
The Challenge
Manual record-keeping meant information was scattered, hard to track, and easy to lose. There was no clear view of monthly expenses, no structured way to track case progress, and no way to spot where money was being wasted. As the firm grew, this became harder to manage and more prone to costly mistakes.
The Solution
We built a custom Legal Webapp and Office Management System covering case tracking, client records, appointments, documents, billing, and staff/office management — all in one centralized, role-based platform. Every piece of data the firm handles is now structured, searchable, and accounted for.

A closer look at the platform.

How It Works
From scattered records to a single source of truth.
Discovery & Mapping
We studied GHB & Co's existing manual workflows — how cases, clients, and office admin were being tracked — to design a system that matched how the firm actually operates.
Core Platform Build
Built the case management, client records, document handling, and appointment scheduling modules with role-based access for CEO, Manager, and IT Manager roles.
Financial & Office Automation
Added billing with invoice generation, and a full office management suite covering staff attendance, salaries, task assignment, and expense tracking — giving a clear monthly view of money in versus money out.
Ongoing Enhancement
Currently developing a predictive analytics module that will analyze the firm's data to forecast growth and guide where the firm should invest next.

FAQ
Common questions about this project
What does a legal practice management system actually do?
It centralizes everything a law firm handles day to day — case tracking, client records, appointments, documents, billing, and staff management — into one structured, searchable platform instead of scattered spreadsheets or paper files.
Is this only useful for large law firms, or does it work for smaller practices too?
It works for both. The core problem — scattered records and no centralized view of cases or finances — affects growing firms of any size. The system scales with role-based access as a firm adds staff.
Can the system handle billing and financial tracking, not just case management?
Yes. GHB & Co's system includes invoice generation and a full office management suite covering staff attendance, salaries, task assignment, and expense tracking, giving a clear monthly view of money in versus money out.
How long does it take to build a custom system like this?
Timeline depends on scope, but a system covering case management, client records, billing, and office administration typically takes several months from discovery through full deployment, built in phases so the firm can start using core features early.
Can predictive analytics really help a law firm make better decisions?
Yes. By analyzing existing case, client, and financial data, a predictive layer can help forecast growth trends and highlight where the firm should focus investment, turning historical data into a forward-looking decision tool rather than just a record-keeping system.
